Return Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 10 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Taxes and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For free-shipping orders, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
